AzerothIndex for Discord
Raid night, sorted before anyone logs in.
Sign-up buttons that remember your character, a bench that promotes itself, reminders in the channel, and the same roster on the website. Built to ask for as little as possible.
Set up in three minutes
- Add to Discord and pick your server. You need Manage Server there.
- Run
/setup: choose roles like “Officer” that may create events, a default channel, your time zone and reminders. - Press Check bot permissions. Every line should be green for the channel you post in.
- Post the first event:
/raid create template:Hyjal Summit when:fri 20:00 repeat:Every week. - Members press Sign up. The first time, a short form asks for their character; after that it's one click.

Server admins can hide or restrict any command per role or channel in Server Settings → Integrations → AzerothIndex.
How it behaves
- No DMs. Confirmations are private replies only you see; reminders and bench promotions mention people in the event channel.
- Doesn't read your messages. It only receives the buttons and commands you use. No Message Content, Members or Presence intents.
- One roster everywhere. Discord, the website and calendar feeds show the same sign-ups, updated within seconds.
- Fair bench. When a role or the party is full, new sign-ups wait in order and move up automatically. Officers can pin people on the roster or bench.
- Repairs itself. If someone deletes the event message, the next change posts it again. If Discord is slow, the website keeps working and Discord catches up.
